Винятки та обмеження авторського права щодо правила свободи панорами в Україні та світі

Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню положень законодавства практично всіх країн світу, згідно з яким передбачено винятки та обмеження авторського права щодо свободи панорами. Опрацювання норм законодавства дало змогу визначити підходи до встановлення винятків та обмежень щодо свободи панорами в різних країнах світу в контексті видів творів, характеру дозволеного використання, можливості використання творів з комерційною метою тощо. З урахуванням виявлених світових тенденцій проаналізовано відповідну норму Закону України «Про авторське право і суміжні права» та обґрунтовано доцільність внесення до неї змін.
