Тенденції нормативно-правового регулювання діяльності інтернет-посередників у Європейському Союзі

Анотація
У статті висвітлені загальні тенденції та періоди становлення й подальшого реформування нормативно-правих актів Європейського Союзу, присвячених регулюванню відносин, пов’язаних із діяльністю постачальників проміжних послуг (інтернет-посередників) у мережі Інтернет. Охарактеризовано основні акти ЄС у вказаній сфері, проаналізовано чинники їх зміни, зокрема, з точки зору судової практики, розвитку технологій та розширення впливу інтернет-посередників на суспільні відносини в цифровому вимірі. Окреслений генезис відповідальності інтернет-посередників як основного аспекту нормативно-правового регулювання.
