Сучасні тенденції розвитку права інтелектуальної власності в Європейському Союзі в контексті інтеграції України та ЄС

Анотація
Досліджується сучасний розвиток права інтелектуальної власності у 2017−2022 роках. Зазначається активна роль Європейської комісії з аналізу ефективності прийнятих актів ЄС та визначення планів розвитку сфери інтелектуальної власності в Євросоюзі. Звертається увага на доцільність використання документів Єврокомісії, що стосуються захисту прав інтелектуальної власності, охорони промислових зразків, сертифіката додаткової охорони, географічних зазначень тощо. Підкреслюється важливе значення Директиви ЄС 2019/790 про авторське право в єдиному цифровому ринку із запровадження сталої системи виплати справедливої винагороди авторам і виконавцям та актуальність імплементації зазначених положень у законодавстві України.
