Дистанційна робота і людський капітал: нові виклики та загрози (міжнародний досвід)

Анотація
У статті розглянуто питання ролі людського капіталу при переході до дистанційної форми праці. Проведено аналіз світових змін у сфері безпечного та ефективного використання цифрового бізнес-середовища та кваліфікації трудової сили в умовах зростання дистанційної праці. Аналіз проведено за такими напрямами: криза та інноватика, нова парадигма бізнесу «Дані — це нове золото», організація робочої сили в умовах переходу до дистанційної праці, пріоритети професій сьогодення, проблеми кібербезпеки при дистанційній роботі.
