Анотація
У статті досліджено пропозицію Європейської комісії стосовно регламенту Європейського Парламенту та Ради, що встановлює гармонізовані правила щодо штучного інтелекту (Акт про штучний інтелект) та внесення змін до деяких законодавчих актів ЄС. Викладено огляд основних поправок до такої пропозиції Радою Європи. Проаналізовано і надано стислу характеристику інструментам, які покликані полегшити застосування вказаного документа, а саме модельного закону про штучний інтелект, моделі відповідності систем штучного інтелекту, стандартних договірних умов щодо штучного інтелекту.
