The editorial board adheres to all ethical standards when publishing articles. Relations between authors, editors, and reviewers are based on the principles of respect, confidentiality, objectivity, high scientific competence, and professionalism.

The editorial board and reviewers do not use unpublished manuscripts and do not disclose any information related to submitted manuscripts.

In the case of a conflict of interest that may affect the objectivity and impartiality of the review process and its results, reviewers are obliged to recuse themselves from reviewing manuscripts. The editorial board takes all necessary measures to resolve conflicts and claims related to the review of manuscripts.

The editorial board does not tolerate any form of academic misconduct. In case of detection of signs of plagiarism or other violations in the manuscript, the editorial board forms a commission to review and evaluate the identified threat. If the fact of plagiarism or other violation is confirmed, the manuscript is rejected with notification of the author(s) of the reason for rejection. If the fact of plagiarism or other violation is discovered after the publication of the article (review), the editorial board has the right to remove the published article (review) from the relevant issue of the journal and all its copies in electronic form and to publish information about the fact of plagiarism or other violation. The editorial board has the right to ban future submissions of articles (reviews) from the author who has committed academic misconduct for a period of three years.
