The submission of an article (review) to the scientific journal “Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property” confirms the fact of acceptance by the author (each of the co-authors) of the terms of the Agreement listed below:

1. The author (each of the co-authors) grants the founder of the journal “Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property” permission under a non-exclusive license to use the submitted article (review) as follows:
1.1. publication in one issue of the journal “Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property”;
1.2. distribution of printed copies of the issue of the journal “Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property”, which includes an article (review), the number of copies of which is determined by the founder;
1.3. distribution of an electronic copy of the article (review) both as part of the electronic copy of the issue of the journal in which it is included, and separately by posting it on the website of the journal “Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property” and any scientific databases, repositories, and other resources determined by the founder of the journal.

2. The permission referred to in clause 1 is granted for the entire term of validity of copyright in the article (review), in all countries of the world, on a non-refundable basis and cannot be revoked after the article (review) is published. The author (each of the co-authors) retains all exclusive copyright to the article (review).

3. The author (each of the co-authors) grants the founder of the journal “Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property” permission to process and use the personal data provided in the text of the article (review), as well as the title of the article (review) and the abstract of the article in connection with the placement of the article (review) on the website of the journal “Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property”, in scientific databases, repositories and other resources determined by the founder of the journal, including compliance with the requirements of the legislation on a mandatory copy of documents.

4. The author (each of the co-authors) guarantees that the submitted article (review):
4.1. has not been previously published as an independent publication or as part of another work in any language;
4.2. is not under consideration by the editorial board of another journal;
4.3. does not infringe the copyright of others, and all used fragments (quotes) from other works and materials have proper references to the authors and the source of borrowing;
4.4. does not contain any information whose dissemination is prohibited or limited by the laws of Ukraine.

5. The author (each of the co-authors) retains the right to use the article (review) in further scientific and/or educational activities without the consent of the editorial board and the founder of the journal “Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property” but with the obligatory accompaniment of the article (review) or its parts with a bibliographic reference or hyperlink to its electronic copy on the website of the journal “Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property”.
