The editorial policy of the journal is based on international principles of transparency and best practice in scientific publications
(COPE DOAJ OASPA WAME. Principles of Transparency and Best Practice in Scholarly Publishing).
The editorial board strictly adheres to copyright and academic integrity and encourages authors to do so as well.
The editorial board promotes accessibility, diversity, equality, and inclusivity at every stage of the review process and adheres to the ethics of scientific publishing.
The editorial board maintains active communication with authors and provides them with informational support on all aspects related to the review and publication of articles. The editorial board fully supports young scientists and promotes the publication of their articles.
The editorial board ensures an objective and independent assessment of articles based on double-blind peer review. Articles are provided to reviewers after all author (authors) data has been removed, including data from file settings. The names of reviewers and any data that could identify reviewers are not disclosed to authors.
The decision to publish an article is based solely on the scientific merit of the article and is made without any bias and regardless of the political, commercial, or other interests of any individuals or entities.
The editorial board ensures the integrity of publication practices, according to which:
● only one article authored (co-authored) by the same person may be published in a single issue of the journal
● the share of articles by editorial board members in a single issue of the journal does not exceed 25% of the total number of articles in that issue.
The editorial board adheres to a policy of diamond open, free, and unlimited access to all content of the journal for all authors and readers. Access is provided under the terms of the CC BY-NC-ND 4.0 free license, which allows reading, storing on any device, copying, printing, and distributing in electronic (digital) or material form the full text of each published material.
The editorial board adheres to the journal’s publication schedule. Due to the critical shortage of electricity in Ukraine caused by constant shelling of civilian infrastructure by russian armed forces and the resulting large-scale destruction, the publication of the journal may be delayed in 2026. However, the editorial board is making every effort to ensure the timely publication of the journal.
