Archiving policy

Articles published in the journal Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property are archived and stored indefinitely on the journal’s website and in the open electronic archives of the international Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ) and the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine.

Metadata for published articles is stored in the open electronic archive Crossref.

The editorial board encourages authors to provide links to their research data in accordance with the FAIR Guiding Principles for scientific data management and stewardship, which enhance the findability, accessibility, interoperability, and reuse of research data in digital form.

Each author has the right to self-archive their articles in any of these forms or any combination thereof:
 depositing in a repository or distributing in another way a preprint (the original text of the article) with the note “Submitted to the journal
     Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property”
 depositing in a repository or distributing in another way a postprint (the revised text of the article after peer review and corrections)
     with the note “Submitted to the journal Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property”
 depositing in a repository or distributing in another way the publisher’s version (file with publisher formatting) while preserving
     the article’s DOI, journal title, issue number, and page numbers.
