Indexing of the journal

Theory and Practice of Intellectual Property is an academic journal that publishes articles, reviews, expert opinions, and analytical materials of a legal nature.

The journal’s main focus is intellectual property law; however, its academic profile also covers other branches of law, cross-sectoral legal issues, and international law.

The topics covered in the articles include, in particular:

● current issues of legal protection and legal regulation
● development and improvement of legislation
● specifics of contractual relations in the private and public sectors
● enforcement of rights and freedoms, including comments on judgments of national
     and European courts.

The journal is published quarterly.
