The electronic version of the manuscript should be sent to the e-mail address of the editorial board intprop.ua@ukr.net.

By submitting a manuscript, the author (each of the co-authors) fully and unconditionally accepts the License Terms and Conditions of use of the manuscript.

If the author(s) of the article is a person who does not have a scientific degree, a review of the article by a person who has a scientific degree signed by this person shall be submitted together with the article. If a person who does not have a scientific degree is a co-author of the article along with a person who has a scientific degree, the submission of a review is not required.

Articles are published with the authors’ photos. The author (each of the co-authors) should provide a high-quality portrait photo in .tif or .jpg format with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

If visual elements (drawings, diagrams, etc.) are used in the article, each such element must be attached to the letter as a separate file in .tif or .jpg format with a resolution of at least 300 dpi. If the image is not clear and of sufficient quality, the editorial board has the right to remove it from the article.

Publication of articles is free of charge for:
● performers of fundamental research topics of the Intellectual Property Research Institute
● postgraduate students of the Intellectual Property Research Institute
● foreign authors

For other authors, the publication of articles is paid. For the period of martial law, the cost of publishing an article is 500 UAH. Payment for the publication of the article is made after the editorial board has made a decision to publish the article, and the editorial board notifies the author.
