Comparative study of copyright objects and industrial designs as a part of the court expertise of the intellectual property objects

Abstract
Pictures as result of creative activity may be considered as object of copyright and industrial property — industrial design. The article is dedicated to the comparative analysis of the Ukrainian legislation in this sphere. The advantages and disadvantages of these legal regimes for the matters of court expertise are the main theme of the article. The research and analysis presented in the article are based on the real court expertises. In the article the concept of «use of an object» is also defined. The comparison of the use of the intellectual property object as an object of copyright and an industrial design is made.
