Copyright exceptions and limitations in the EU-Ukraine Asociation Agreement

Abstract
The article deals with the analysis of copyright exceptions and limitations in the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement and the procedure for their application. The principles of the free use of works, the differences between the rules of the Association Agreement that can be applied directly and which require amendments to the national legislation, are investigated. Copyright exceptions and limitations provided for in the Association Agreement, specifics of their content and application are considered.
