PDF (Ukrainian)<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\nDOI: https:\/\/doi.org\/10.33731\/52022.270783<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n Published 2022-12-29<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n Protection of industrial property rights in the context of Vladyslav Grynchuk<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n Abstract On 21.07.2020, Ukraine adopted the Law of Ukraine \u00abOn Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Strengthening the Protection and Protection of Rights to Marks for Goods and Services, Industrial Designs and Countering the Abuse of Patents\u00bb and the Law of Ukraine \u00abOn Amendments to some legislative acts of Ukraine regarding patent legislation reform\u00bb. These laws were important steps in the field of legal protection of intellectual property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n These laws essentially complete the procedure for updating legislation in the field of industrial property. They have positive features, but also have some disadvantages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The article is devoted to the consideration of the peculiarities of the protection of industrial property rights in the context of reforming legislation in the field of intellectual property. The publication emphasizes that today in Ukraine there are a significant number of cases of violation of intellectual property rights, which cause significant damage not only to the rights holders, but also to the state as a whole. Despite the positive changes in legislation in the field of industrial property protection made in recent years, it should be emphasized the presence of certain shortcomings and contradictions in the legal regulation of the procedure for acquiring and protecting rights to inventions, useful models and industrial objects. Projects, which is primarily due to the lack of necessary changes regarding the implementation of legislative norms at the sub-legal level. It is noted that measures to ensure the effective protection of intellectual property rights should be directed not only by the state and its bodies, the main role in this should be played by the activities of the right holders themselves in monitoring the observance of their rights and preventing violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Keywords: <\/strong>protection of rights, intellectual property; patent,
