It is noted that the level of legal regulation of contractual relations, which are formed in connection with the use of intellectual property objects and the disposal of property rights to these objects, is determined, firstly, by the state of the legislative basis of such regulation. It has been established that currently there is such a state of legislative regulation of the mentioned agreements, which is mainly characterized by non-systematic, inconsistent, and unbalanced consolidation of normative legal prescriptions in the norms of codified and special laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Furthermore, it was emphasized that the national legislation on agreements in the field of intellectual property should appear as an orderly integrity with observance of coordination and subordination relations between the current regulatory and legal acts. The parameters of systematicity as a manifestation of perfection, and therefore the effectiveness of legislation, should include substantive, technical-legal, systemic, and other characteristics of normative and legal prescriptions, which in relation to the legislation under study in the modern period should ensure the achievement of at least the following tasks: firstly, the systematic consolidation of a separate set of legal norms on agreements in the field of intellectual property in current legislative acts (contractual intellectual property law); secondly, a clear, understandable, unequivocal definition of all mandatory rules regarding the conclusion, execution, termination, cancellation of agreements in the field of intellectual property, recognition of these agreements as invalid, as well as the agreement<br>on technology transfer; thirdly, proper legislative reflection of the wide variety of not yet regulated, but relevant and demanded by practice models
