<\/strong>The article\u00a0is focused\u00a0on the conceptual regulation of the development and interaction of artificial intelligence technologies and intellectual property. The development and use of artificial intelligence technologies are gaining momentum and becoming ubiquitous, and the field of intellectual property is no exception.\u00a0The aim of intellectual property legislation, in particular, is to effectively stimulate innovation and creativity and at the same time, to \u00a0protect the public interests. Therefore, it is essential to analyze the current legal regulation at the conceptual level, as well as to\u00a0provide recommendations that will facilitate the development and implementation of effective legal regulation in this area.\u00a0The following conceptual documents were subject to research and analysis: the Revised Issues Paper on Intellectual Property Policy and Artificial Intelligence and the Concept of Artificial Intelligence Development in Ukraine. This study analyzed the content, structural elements,\u00a0and\u00a0format of information\u00a0in both conceptual documents. It\u00a0was also concluded\u00a0that the Revised Issues Paper on Intellectual Property Policy and Artificial \u00a0Intelligence covers a wide range of topical issues in this area; hence, it is a fundamental document that can\u00a0be used\u00a0as a basis for further development of a specific regulatory framework. After a detailed analysis of the Concept for the Development of Artificial Intelligence in Ukraine, the author has identified numerous drawbacks in the structure and provisions, potentially slowing down the\u00a0process of developing\u00a0an effective\u00a0legal and regulatory framework in this area. The author suggests restructuring the Concept of Artificial Intelligence Development in Ukraine and supplementing it with a separate section or a number of provisions on the regulatory and legal regulation of social relations arising in the\u00a0field of\u00a0interaction between AI and IP. The author also points out and justifies the importance of using the provisions of the Revised Issues Paper on Intellectual Property Policy and Artificial Intelligence to improve\u00a0the provisions of\u00a0the Ukrainian Concept of the Development of Artificial Intelligence in Ukraine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
