Thus, a particular work may be entirely generated by an artificial intelligence system. In this regard, there is a need to appoint comprehensive examinations for their study in the course of consideration of the merits of cases on the protection of intellectual property rights, within which it will be necessary to apply both knowledge in the field of intellectual property and technical knowledge related to the peculiarities of creating these works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The author identifies the need to adapt existing methods to new intellectual property objects, as well as to develop modern research methods taking into account the specifics of the legal nature of such objects. Given the complex legal nature of intellectual property objects created with the use of artificial intelligence, the author proposes to appoint a comprehensive examination with the involvement of technical specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is noted that a comprehensive examination of intellectual property involves a multi-level study, which, however, forms an interdependent logical sequence of activities of individual experts. In this case, the key is the impossibility of establishing the properties of a particular intellectual property object without conducting a study by an expert in another specialization.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It is noted that when an intellectual property object has a dualistic legal nature, there is a need to integrate various areas of knowledge in the field of intellectual property.
