Theory and practice of intellectual property is a professional, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published to highlight the results of scientific research in the fields of national law of various countries, European, and international law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The journal’s main focus is intellectual property law; however, its academic profile also covers other branches of law and cross-sectoral legal issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The journal publishes scientific articles, book reviews, commentaries on national and European court judgments, expert opinions, and analytical legal materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The journal’s mission is:
