class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Abstract<br><\/strong>The article examines threats to economic security and counteraction against unfair competition in the conditions of the intellectual property economy\u2019s digital transformation, taking into account the adoption of digital technologies and the use of digital platforms, which require new approaches to the perception of digital legal reality. Using the logical and theoretical generalization method, unfair competition is considered both in the conditions of the real intellectual property economy, where relevant legislative acts provide for civil, economic, criminal, and administrative liability, and of the real virtual digital economy of intellectual property, taking into account practice in the Internet network and problems of legal regulation in the virtual digital environment.
