aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Abstract<br><\/strong>The article explores the current state of the problem concerning the protection of intellectual property rights against unfair competition, as well as the theoretical and practical aspects of the advisability of using artificial intelligence as additional tools for protecting these rights. It examines and analyzes foreign experience in the application of artificial intelligence by public authorities, business entities, and individuals (including rightsholders) for the detection and documentation of infringements of their intellectual property rights. The study establishes the expediency of using artificial intelligence technologies to enhance the effectiveness of protecting intellectual property rights against unfair competition, in particular in the examination of trademark applications, in customs and border control, and on online platforms and in logistics centres.
