Abstract
<\/strong>The article describes the invention and utility model as the object of the contract on the order of intellectual property rights. Particular attention is given to establishing the validity of patent rights, the scope of rights conferred by the patent for invention and utility model patents, the probability of recognition of the patent invalid in whole or in part.
