Abstract
<\/strong>This article shows results of the research work and presents some authors conclusions on the subject of signs of the database as an object of copyright. Author used to analyze structure of known legal-scientific positions on the topic of defining databases and collections of data. Each taken position was divided into array of independent separate signs, then similar entries in different positions where grouped, and the differences between them where compared. All this done in order to try to make a complete, well detailed picture of the legal meaning of databases or as it called so \u2014 collections of data.
